Helping to visualise a Pharma company’s transformation journey

The Challenge:

A Pharma company was about to start a transformation journey. Their departments were siloed and old systems were slowing them down.

The Solution:

We joined a 2-day workshop where they were challenged to look at their present and think big towards a better future. We scribed the conversations on whiteboards so that participants could see the journey they were taking appear in front of them. The result was so successful that they engaged us again to create a series of illustrated assets that their team could use for internal communications as well as using them to build 2 Rich Pictures showing the current and desired future state of their labs.
